WHO WE ARE

When it is Us who fill the room, then it is all about connecting to one another as we are overarching our limits together. This is about holding on to that hope that there must be more to life than always trying to achieve something, than crouching in front of the computer all day... it must be more than always trying to be somewhere other than here. This is about the belief that life itself is moving, it's sharing and accepting.

The feelings that are sometimes squeezing your chest so hard you can barely breathe, and other times caressing your soul can all be found in, expressed and lived through moving. Our main focus is on sharing, so that more and more of us can reach that point where we can get a sense of who we are and let it all go while dancing.

In the end, everything that happens in our classes form into a unique story that is performed after 4-5 months, giving closure to the course. This is a very special experience that speaks to our loved ones and creates an atmosphere where everyone becomes a part of this "buzzing", that is FootNotes.
